| Pure
Blueberry & Apple Juice
There can be no purer juice! No added
water or sugar.
This is a product we are particularly pleased with. Its characteristics
are a delicious combination of great blueberry flavour, combined
with single variety Jonagold apple from Kent, the Garden of Britain.
Definetly the best way of consuming vital anti-oxidants which have
been shown in tests to assist with keeping poor eyesight away. A
glass a day 'could' keep the optician away!

Luxury
Blueberry Jam.
Surprisingly delicate but with the fullest flavour. Unlike many of
its competitors, this product is not sickly sweet. The addition of
a small amount of lemon juice reduces the sweetness and re-inforces
the full blueberry flavour. A low sugar, extra fruit jam is expected
by the end of the Summer; in the meantime, this product has the standard
63g of sugar per 100g. This is the product which is now sold in volume
to Americans for its superb quality.

Tangy
Blueberry Barbecue and Grilling Sauce
What a combination!! Rich and tangy basting sauce, marinade or simply
plate accompaniment, with a fruity flavour, with real barbecue taste
coming through aswell! Perfect for the Summer, but just as useful
at other times aswell! We've used it as a casserole sauce for Swedish
Meatballs, or try covering a chicken breast in sauce, covering with
foil and oven cooking. Delicious! The fruit flavours, mixed with the
mild kick of chilli and cumin, infuse into the meat to dramatic effect.
It could also make a boring Pork chop a bit more interesting!

Spiced Blueberry Sauce.
A delicious combination of the finest blueberries and cinnamon,
cloves and a few secret spices. This product was designed as a savoury
sauce, an ideal accompaniment to meat dishes, especially duck or
venison or strong cheeses. In practise its been very successfully
used by customers on ice cream, sandwiches, meat substitite vegetarian
dishes, even mixed with mint to go better with Lamb.
